GIRLS DAY OUT! goes off at Kicking Horse

All I can say it that Girls Day Out is all about sharing the passion for skiing and that is exactly what happened this past weekend at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Several females realized what they can accomplish on skis and where able to learn many things fromour amazing coaches: Izzy Lynch, Tessa Treadway and Sarah Frood. Also our guest nutritionist Pam Romanchuk reinforced that food is fuel for your body and mind!
