Welcome to STANCE Online Freeski Training
We’re excited to welcome you into a community of skiers committed to slowing down to speed up. This course is designed to give you the tools and techniques to progress your skiing in a mindful, intentional way.
Your journey toward becoming a more confident, capable skier starts here.
What to expect:
Structured Progression: We build your skills from the ground up, starting with your feet and working all the way to your head.
Technical and Mental Drills: You’ll move through a series of ski techniques alongside mindset and nervous system work, recognizing that how you think and regulate your body directly influences how you ski.
Mindful Progression: This session is about slowing down to speed up, developing the muscle memory and confidence needed to navigate more challenging terrain with ease and control.
Weekly Rhythm: We recommend completing one module per week to give the material time to land. Progress isn’t always linear, but by trusting the process and committing to each session, you’ll build a strong, lasting freeskiing foundation.
